Mr. Duterte that may follow Russia's withdrawal from the ICC which unemployment benefits

MANILA Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday said he might follow Russia and withdraw from the International Criminal Court (ICC), has led to criticism from Western countries for the killing of many people because of his anti-drug war.

He described the ICC useless and have expressed dissatisfaction Western allegations of extra-judicial killing, and failing to understand the repression on nicotine.

He also blamed the United Nations for failing to prevent war worldwide.

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed an executive decision that abolished Russia's signature from the treaty creating the ICC on Wednesday and Duterte said he probably is considering doing the same.

Duterte said earlier went to Lima to attend the summit of the Asia-Pacific region: they do not benefit those who in the International Criminal Court . They (Russians) have been pulled out. Why? This small country just like we have no impact.

Duterte is seeking to meet with Putin in Lima this week, which occurred while he was pursuing an independent foreign policy that aims off Philippines reliance on long-term ally, America.
