Cambodia's opposition leader Sam Rainsy has started to use Twitter (Twitter), a program that he recently used first and Sites he used to send congratulations to the President of the United States, newly re-elected Mr. Donald soak and then he also called on citizens to register to vote for the communal elections next year.
